Running a report
Most reports work the same way: choose your property at the top of the screen, set the date range, and click Run Report.
Occupancy Reports · Hotel
Shows how full your rooms were over the period:
- Occupancy %: the share of available room-nights that were sold
- ADR: average daily rate, the average price paid per occupied room-night
- RevPAR: revenue per available room, the standard measure of how well your rooms earn
- Daily Occupancy: a day-by-day trend, to spot weekends, seasons and slow days.

Revenue Reports
Revenue by department, with a Hotel tab and a Restaurant tab:
- Daily Revenue: income for each day of the period
- Booking Sources (Hotel): how much business came from Walk-in, Phone, Email, OTA and Website bookings, so you can see which channels pay off.
P&L Report · Hotel

| Section | Includes |
|---|---|

- Category Performance: how each menu category is doing
Use it to plan your menu: promote what sells, and rethink what doesn't.
